Stately Holiday Cottages is a small and ambitious letting agency with finely furnished properties located in a variety of rural settings throughout the UK and Ireland.

The company is British owned and part of the internationally renowned Holiday Property Bond Group which has, over the past 25 years, built up an impressive and loyal client base of almost 40,000 Bondholders.

SHC is seeking to complement the group’s portfolio by offering its clients a larger choice of privately owned rental properties in new destinations in the UK and Ireland.

In particular, we are interested in meeting owners of one, two and three bedroom well furnished cottages who are able to offer SHC availability of 30 weeks or more each year.
